Well, everyone else has posted about their celebrations, so I thought I would share about ours.  We met Jacob's family at the country club around 5:30 to swim.  We swam for about an hour and a half, then had the club's dinner (ribs, chicken, burgers), mmmmm....good!  Then, we set out to watch the fireworks.  Nothing real exciting.  I must say, I was a little apprehensive about taking Tyler to watch the fireworks, since it wasn't long ago that he would just scream when the dog barked.  BUT...much to my dismay he LOVED it!  I am posting some pictures of our time too.

     Beautiful clouds & sun rays.  I just liked it!        This is the Tulsa skyline.  Isn't it pretty?  Did you know that the building on the far left is an exact 1:2 replica of one of the Twin Towers?  Interesting.  Jacob told me that.  I have lived here all my life & didn't even know that.  Oh well. More fireworks. This was during the finale.  I just thought it was a cool picture behind the trees & what looks like a rocket shooting up into the stars.  But...that's just me!
